Microsoft has made their Office 365 product available to all students and employees at no cost!

What is Office 365? It is a hosted suite of online collaborative services in the Cloud that can be installed on up to 5 computers/devices.

Included Services: E-mail, Calendaring, OneDrive, Skype Messaging & Video, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, and InfoPath.

How to Access Cloud Services: You have access to this software and services right now through your FSU e-mail account!

E-mail and Calendars

 

 

Never be out of touch. You can access your email, shared calendars, and contacts from anywhere, across devices.

E-mail through a rich and familiar Outlook experience you can access from your desktop or from a web browser using Outlook Web App. Get a 50 GB mailbox per user and send attachments up to 25 MB. Use your own domain name.

Web Conferencing & Instant Messaging

 

 

Office 365 makes it easy for people to meet and connect online, from wherever they are, on multiple devices.

Host online meetings with audio and video using one-click screen sharing, HD video conferencing, and virtual whiteboard.

Connect with others via instant message and let people know your availability with your online status. You must install Skype to use these features.

OneDrive

File Storage and Sharing

Team Sites

 

Lots of ways to store, organize, and share files with people near and far. Work together on projects, in study groups, or in clubs with team sites that help keep related documents, notes, tasks, and conversations organized together.

OneDrive for Business gives users 1 TB of personal storage that syncs with their PC for offline access. Easily share documents with others through Office or SharePoint.
