FSU offers a variety of phone services including voice mail to faculty and staff.
Note: Due to the new Help Desk Ticketing software, there is no longer a need to fill out a separate Telephone Service Request form for campus telephone requests. Please contact the IT Help Desk to request any campus telephone services.
If you are a new employee, your department will contact the IT Help Desk to request that your office phone be activated. They will receive notification by e-mail when the setup of your telephone is complete.
For current employees in need of changes to their existing telephone service, your department will contact the IT Help Desk to request the services. They will receive notification by e-mail when the setup of your telephone is complete.
Each office telephone line at FSU is set up with voicemail. The first time you call in to your voicemail you will need to set up your voicemail box. Dial x4030 and follow the instructions of the automated attendant.
